Lok Sabha Election Holidays in Madhya Pradesh 2024: The Government of Madhya Pradesh has announced official paid holidays on the dates of 19.4.2024, 26.4.2024, 7.5.2024, and 13.5.2024 to promote voter turnout and civic engagement during the upcoming Lok Sabha election. This holiday extends to central and state government employees in Madhya Pradesh, as well as individuals employed in local bodies, schools, anganwadis, corporations, and public undertaking organizations.
In addition, the Election Commission has instructed private sector offices and factories to emulate this initiative by providing their employees with the necessary arrangements to exercise their voting rights in the forthcoming election.
