The UPSC CAPF Admit Card for the year 2024 will be available on the official website www.upsc.gov.in during the final week of July 2024. It will feature a direct link for candidates to download the CAPF Admit Card for the examination scheduled for August 4th.

UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant 2024: Filling Up OMR Sheet

Candidates taking the UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant exam in 2024 are required to adhere to specific guidelines when completing the OMR sheets. It is mandatory to use a black ballpoint pen for both writing and marking answers on the Answer Sheet, as the use of pens in different colors is not allowed. Under no circumstances should pencils or ink pens be used for this purpose.

UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination 2024: Mobile Phones Banned

Applicants seeking to participate in the UPSC CAPF Assistant Commandant Examination 2024 must adhere to specific eligibility requirements, as delineated below:

  • Nationality: The appointment or employment under these regulations is exclusively reserved for Indian citizens, unless expressly permitted in writing by the Central Government. Nonetheless, individuals from Nepal or Bhutan may also be considered for appointment, enrollment, or employment under these provisions.
  • Gender: Both male and female aspirants are qualified for the role of Assistant Commandants.
  • Age Criteria:
  • Prospective candidates must be a minimum of 20 years old and a maximum of 25 years old as of August 1, 2024. This necessitates that they were born between August 2, 1999, and August 1, 2004.

The upper age limit may be relaxed as outlined below:

  • Up to five years for candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribes.
  • Up to three years for individuals from Other Backward Classes eligible for reservation.
  • Up to five years for Civilian Central Government Servants in accordance with prevailing government directives. Similarly, Ex-Servicemen can avail of this concession. Nevertheless, the cumulative relaxation attributed to Government Service should not exceed five years.
